  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be completed at point of sale online or in café.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or café services.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.


Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy for Toast Coffee House Box

At Toast Coffee House Box we want you to be happy with your purchase. As a hospitality business supplying perishable goods, please note the following:


In-Café Orders

  • All food and drink is made to order and non-returnable.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please notify a team member immediately so we can make it right.


Online Orders / Preorders

  • If you pre-ordered items for pickup and they are incorrect or defective, we offer a refund or replacement on the day of pickup only.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.


Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Valid for 12  months from purchase unless otherwise stated.


Procedure

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Provide order details and receipt.

  3. We will assess and respond within 10 working days.
